Beyonce brought the New Year in with her hubby Jay Z in Las Vegas, NV and this dress is absolutely fabulous! I love this white and black, highly detailed, 3/4 sleeve, dress. She accessorized the same way I would have, wearing multiple black bracelets, drop earrings, and her hair looks good as usual. Jay Z was in black tie, and of course he has on sunglasses which are Tom Ford.
