Color Blocking With Pastels For Spring

Spring has arrived and color blocking may be one of the biggest trends of the season! Color blocking can be done with bright colors, neutral colors, and even pastels which may be one of my favorites. I am loving the pastel colored apparel that is out for this season, and the shoes and accessories are just as fab! I was recently in Target and I saw a display full of pastel colors that was so gorgeous and inspiring, that I wanted to share with you all. Have fun with color blocking, you can actually wear every piece in my collage at that same time and still look amazing by throwing in some gold accessories to tie your look together!

Style Steals: Beyonce's Floral Pants

Beyonce was out and about in NYC, and I love this look she rocked! Bey got colorful with $965 Stella McCartney floral harem pants, pink zig zag belt, black blouse, and mustard colored pumps. This look is definitely fabulous, and it was so fab that I created a style steal for 'budgetnistas' like myself lol.

Today's Shoe Pick Of The Day is the same sexy yellow platform heel that you saw on Lil Kim during her Rip The Runway performance, last night on BET. The Michael Antonio Lavonne pump showcases a 2 inch platform and 5 1/2 inch heel with decorative cut outs through out. A yellow velour like material covers the silhouette and is decorated by a tasseled back zipper. This sky high heel is every bit of sexy, and I loved the way the shoe popped with Lil Kim's black sequined and mesh catsuit.

Spring Trends for 2012: Floral Prints

Spring doesn't officially start until March 20th, but you can definitely start to do some spring cleaning and spring shopping! It's always fun to shop for new clothes and shoes, but if you are finding that you no longer have room for new things it may be time to do some spring cleaning. A good rule of thumb is: if you have not worn or used it in a year, it's time to give it away or throw it out! I just did some spring cleaning or myself, and I took a couple of bags full of accessories and clothes to my local Goodwill and the stuff that I felt wasn't good enough to donate, I trashed.

Now onto some shopping, Spring is a couple weeks away and you can look forward to lots of floral prints. I am going to try some floral prints this season, maybe in some heels or some skinny jeans, I'm sure I'll find something  I like! You can  go floral with your accessories, dresses and skirts or a simple floral print t-shirt will keep you trendy!

Adrienne Bailon's Dress EXPOSES Private Parts

Ex-Cheetah Girl, Adrienne Bailon attended Caesars Entertainment's 'Escape to Total Rewards' kick-off at New York's Gotham Hall Thursday night and she gave the photographers a bit more than they really wanted on the red carpet! Adrienne Bailon wore this sheer dress, with a puff of gathered organza fabric covering her privates, but a gust of wind must have blew through because that fabric was no longer covering her up and she was exposed completely. I honestly think this is so tacky...smh!

It's that time again, BET's annual Rip The Runway show will air on March 21st, but was recently filmed in NY. The show might be interesting with performances from Lil Kim, Diggy Simmons, Robin Thicke and more, and I saw a lot of HOT shoes on the models so you know I'll be watching!
